So hot in here it isn’t funny.

26 days and I’ll no longer be in my twenties. The wicked pretty pony runs so fast. I somehow feel it should be a bigger event than it probably will be. Dinner with the BF, his dad and my parents.
Bf and I might go for sushi and the zoo another time.

Installed a new android app for wordpress updates. Hopefully it will liven up this blog a bit.

Had a little slow moment where I didn’t have that many hours of work going on in a week. Little project here, little project there.

Still things are going much better than the end of last year. Go 2009, and.. ehh.. what is this crisis everybody is talking about?

Spent easter at mom’s place with the BF. Went there with our new car <3. I brought my homemade chocolate truffle pie and stew for saturday. Didn’t do much on sunday. We visited my grandparents grave and went for a little drive. Back home I made brunch, croissants with deviled eggs.

Dad left me a 7 euro watch which was reaaaly ugly, just before we left on monday he brought the BF a BREIL watch. *envy* He had bought it for himself on vacation, but I guess he didn’t want it anymore.

I discovered my dream car and with all the money in the world I still can’t have it. The Alfa Romeo 8C… HOT. Only 500 made and all sold out. Aparently only 12 are in this country. *dreams on*

About 9 months ago I gave up my job so I could go back to freelancing and develop myself more as a designer.

The start was pretty rough. But very slowly I’m building a broader portfolio and client base. 2009 has been pretty good for me so far. Fingers crossed that things will stay this way and will move upwards.

So the bf has this job right. And with it comes a leased car. Last september he ordered a Honda Civic Hybrid 2009. It took forever and a couple of passed deadlines before he finally got it last tuesday.
I love that damned car. It’s the next step to feeling grown up. Next we need our own house _with_ garden and goggy!! Preferably with a chicken and a duck too.
